We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express on our secure server. We also accept payment by PayPal, check or money order (simply select any of these options during the checkout process). Any of these options can be selected during the checkout process.
How long will it take for my order arrive?
Orders usually ship in 2-5 business days. The time it takes to arrive after that depends on the shipping method you select during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship worldwide. To view the actual, real-time cost to ship your order, simply add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your cart and then click on "Checkout". After registering and entering your shipping information, the customized cost to ship your order will be displayed (you are not obligated to purchase anything to receive the quote).
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned and/or exchanged within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Items like CDs and DVDs that arrive with outer packaging must be returned in their original, unopened condition. If an item is being returned due to it being defective and/or damaged, return shipping costs will be refunded to customer. If an item is being returned simply out of preference, return shipping costs and any associated costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that you must contact us prior to returning to obtain specific instructions regarding our return procedures.
